Royal Oak House is a very stylish and charming 4 storey period townhouse in the centre of Bath located close to the iconic Royal Crescent and a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Southgate and Milsom Street.
 

Location
 
The walk into town takes approximately 5 minutes and takes you through James Street West  bringing you out at Milsom Street where all the main restaurants and bars are as well as the fantastic boutique shops Bath has to offer.
 

Bedrooms
 
The house has 3 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. All our sheets and towels provided are pure Egyptian cotton.
 
Bedroom 1: Sleeps 3 in singles or a Superking + a single
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 3 in singles or a Superking + a single
Bedroom 3: Sleeps 8 in stylish, hand crafted bunk beds
 

 

Bathrooms
 
The house benefits from 3 luxurious bathrooms (2 en suite) to make getting ready to go out a lot easier. There is also an additional WC on the ground floor. All our bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury Cowshed toiletries and products for your use during your stay. Each guest is provided with luxurious towels and a dressing gown to be used during their stay at Royal Oak.

Living Accommodation
 
There is a very large living room which leads through the original full height salon doors into the kitchen and dining room. With more than enough seating for 14 people, a large flat screen TV and Wi-Fi, you have a lovely retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of town. The kitchen/diner also has enough room for everyone to gather and socialise whilst having meals.  This is the perfect space for family breakfasts or dinner parties.

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.
To make life easier for your group, you may want to consider ordering an online food shop to be delivered upon your arrival.

Parking:
 

Like any city centre location parking is restricted although we are lucky to be nearby Bath’s only long stay car park which is reasonably priced at £8.50 per 24 hours. We highly recommend travelling by train as it’s only a short walk from Bath Spa station or a 5 min taxi ride. There is one parking permit available for the property at a cost of £10.00 per permit per weekend.
