How do I book one of your properties?
You can make a booking immediately on this website. Just select the dates you would like and the house you are interested in and you will automatically be taken through to the booking form.

How much do I need to pay to reserve the property?
If you are making a booking more than 12 weeks ahead of your arrival date then you only need to pay £500 to reserve Royal Oak or Tailor's House. For all other properties the deposit fee is £750. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before your stay.

How much security deposit must I pay?
We take a £500 security deposit for Royal Oak and Tailor's House. The security deposits for all other houses is £750. Due to the fact we stock the property with Cowshed toiletries, dressing gowns, hairdryers and straighteners, it is necessary for us to hold a security deposit in the eventuality that guests accidentally take these items home with them. It also acts as a deposit against damage and noise complaints.

When we arrive, how do we get into the house?
We will be in contact prior to your stay to find out an approximate arrival time. We will then meet you at the property to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
